Contact form

When you write to us, we receive your name, e-mail address, phone number, company or brand and your message.

To protect the form against abuse, we also record the website language, the type of browser used and an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint of your IP address: the IP address itself is never stored.

This information is only used to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. It is never sold, transferred or used for marketing without your consent.

Audience measurement

We measure traffic with an in-house tool hosted on our own servers, with no third-party service or advertising: pages viewed, clicks on the main buttons, scroll depth, device type, operating system and browser.

The IP address is never stored in clear, only as an encrypted fingerprint. Detailed events are deleted automatically after 90 days; only overall, anonymous statistics are kept beyond that.

Storage in your browser

The website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser, along with a random visit identifier used for audience measurement. No advertising cookie is used.

Third-party services

The location map is provided by Google Maps: when it is displayed, Google may collect data under its own privacy policy. The WhatsApp and social network buttons open those services, which apply their own rules.

The contact form and the administration area are protected against bots by Google reCAPTCHA v3. Its script only loads once you start filling in the form; Google then analyses technical information (browser, device, interactions with the page) to tell a person from a bot, under its Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (policies.google.com/terms).

Retention and recipients

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on our relationship. Only the BGM Com team and our host, OVH, which stores the data on our behalf, can access them.

Your rights

Under Tunisian organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing by writing to direction@bgmcom.agency.
